Truly.....odd.The insurance industry can and must, to one of your points, do better to educate clients on the underlying principals, mechanics, and ongoing use of policies designed for IBC. 

My question is, in this structure, what is the actual mechanism to account for cash flowing between the property management LLC and the holding LLC's?

They're targeting credit card companies, banks, hotels, airlines, utility providers, food delivery service, restaurants, auto dealers, event ticketing companies, and last but not least, property management companies.

@Gregory Frisoli, Many times a partnership structure that can accommodate TIC ownership will also have created a mechanism where you can assume a prorata share of the debt as a TIC. 

In my area, Zillow uses our MLS so any member buyer broker can set up an auto search that automatically sends you property with x days on market, then new ones come as they reach that criteria, or most other criteria you prefer.

Concessions could be utilized in a greater percentage of transactions as buyers look to reduce out of pocket expenses or offset costs to their representatives in instances where seller paid buyer commissions are not an option.High level, in the immediate future I don't think too much changes (beyond mechanics) for spring transactions.

You can also get a home warranty if the mechanicals are nearing life expectancy, or for peace of mind.Getting started is way easier than you think, and don't let analysis paralysis get in your way.
