1031 with mortgage boot into a TIC
I'm looking to invest with a group that accommodates TIC investors. My 1031 proceeds are half equity and half debt and I can not fund the debt component with any additional personal funds. Is there a way for TIC to accommodate this requirement so I avoid the mortgage boot?
