I don't know if the property was originally built as a 2 bedroom and somewhere along the lines another bedroom was added but not recorded for whatever reason.I had to file revised plans for my own property when I found it was not in accordance with county records and the changes would have to be approved.

Their voucher covers the entirety of the rent but I’m curious what type of income I should require for approval as what they report for their monthly income is so much less than I would normally require which is 3X the rent.

They do help with reviewing our reports from our property management companies to identify spikes in utility usage on vacant properties, reviewing expenses to make sure they were approved, vacancies, etc.
