@Tyler LeeYou'd probably be surprised what a half-hearted amateur sanding, some homemade filler mixed out of Elmer's Glue-All and the sawdust from your floor sanding, and three coats of brush-applied gloss polyurethane will do for most hardwood floors, however heavily scratched.

It's a job, not an investment, and it's typically fine by amateurs with no concept of sound basic financial discipline or customer service.

You may "save" the commission normally paid to a buyer's agent, but you are an amateur representing yourself.
