Jumping in to real estate investing sometimes can feel like you drinking from a fire but there’s a lot of great people on BP that help you get through things.

Recently, Steak n Shake in PF stopped having someone seat you, you now go to the counter to order and then they installed a drink machine so you get it yourself.  

proactively we brought water over for drinking and buckets of water for toilets. 

I learned a while back that it doesn't make sense to argue with someone when they are drinking.  

I call it, "The Blind leading The Blind", or maybe one person in your group is a genius who has terrific real estate experiences, is knowledgeable about every facet of real estate, is a workaholic and the others are brain-dead 24/7 beer-drinking zombies.

I’ve learned over the years to not think about much anytime I’ve had even one drink of alcohol.

If they need drinking water (and tap isn’t drinkable) give them $10/month.

Not that I'm avoiding alcohol for any specific reason, I just had this overwhelming feeling that not only could I find a better use of the cash, but that I'm just growing out of old habits, and now not sure what newer/better ones to replace them with.
