Hello folks from Western NC!

It's in Bucktown at roughly Western & Fullerton.It was gut rehabbed in 2018 and we installed nice cabinets, granite, SS appliances, in-unit W/D, A/C and redid the hardwood floors. 

We do jobs all over the western United States!

Our family has been investing in Tennessee and Western Kentucky for 50 years, but we are new to this forum.

The relationships I've built here in western Washington, allow for really good prices on work, plus I refer them out to my RE sellers and buyers for work to be done before listing or when after buying.Yes indeed, the three it's going up I think the only short-term rental that we would do in Washington would be converting our own house into a short-term rental space.

No one knows, but here are some things to take into consideration:-Western Band of Cherokee Indians just broke ground on a 200 acre development in Sevierville that they want to be the Gateway to the Smoky Mountains.

This deal was sourced through New Western Acquisitions and was purchased on a first come first serve basis.

Property value has nearly doubled since we purchased here in Western WI in 2017. 

None of these guys have real trim carpentry experience or are willing to travel and operate with the right tools for it, so when they put the trim back it often looks like a monkey did it.All that being said, I'm in no-hurricane western PA.
