In many jurisdictions (Washington, Oregon, California & others) it is unlawful to contact people in foreclosure unless you are an attorney or real estate agent or loan officer .8.

In WA state there's a lot of leeway given to home owners doing their own projects, there's probably even more leeway in Florida I would think, but I don't know Florida.

Hello allI have been looking at some areas in Washington state and Str’s around Suncadia caught my eye but it seems there are some restrictions if you don’t use their in-house property management.

I don't know the California market, but I have seen a lot in the greater Puget Sound WA. 

I really do not want to sell the Condo because I do have a 3.5% Interest rate w/ a positive cash flow of about $450/month, even after the $330 HOA fees. 

When we did this and we did a lot of is through pre foreclosure rescues before the laws changed in 08 basically making it illegal WA OR  ..

We have several projects in DC that we need to dig out our basement.
