BP Friends -I'm in search for a Truss Company in the Pensacola Florida area for a current flip I have.

First I want to say I actually loved the original title START HERE it stood out to me.

The fire was significant enough that most of the trusses were replaced and the layout of the roof was changed so that the gable no longer faced the street. 

One thing the investor said stood out to me: "You're not living there, what happens 10 yrs from now is not your problem." 

BecAuse the lady clearly was harassing me because I stood up for myself.

That's how many years ago we bought our own house: the agent knew a guy whose house stood empty for a couple for years because he was waiting for his grown-up daughter to move in and she never did.

On another property from my original post (don't recall which door # it was), I had an appointment to walk-through the house and was stood up.

My builder also owns a truss shop and developments subdivisions and builds about 25-30 spec houses a year.
