During my teenage years between playing video games, I managed to start (And fail) with an online paintball store.

I'm 52 and have 2 teenage kids, a huge mortgage and tons of obligations, college tuition bearing down on me soon.

They've been hearting, liking, pinning and sharing beautiful homes since their teenage years, so they think every single home is supposed to look like that!

I have also listened to him for several years, and have attended several of his events...even brought my teenager to learn from Jason. 

Most had entered as teenagers, and were returning young men with years of built up pay and war-bonds in there pockets. 

As a mother and investor , I don't believe in a specific age for wear and tear since younger children may do something like write/draw on the walls and a teenager may punch a hole in a wall out of anger.

Family 2-newly married older couple, she has custody of her teenage niece and has been raising her since she was a baby.

If possible, run a criminal check on not only the signing tenants, but any teenage kids they have as well.  

Not all teenagers are bad.

Two years later, his teenage  son moved in to my attached guest house which i rented out to a friend before.
