I read this article in WSJ today and thought about this thread:How to Get a Real EducationIt seemed like pretty sage advice from Scott Adams, the creator of the Dilbert cartoons.

I had a tenant ask if, for therapeutic reason, they could buy an inflatable hot tub like the one in the link below and put it in the backyard. 

The flooring bulges or sages over time.Unless on a foundation they'll sink over time creating problems of all sorts.Do a search on the internet and you'll find all kinds of issues.So, unless you like maintenance you'll love mobile homes.

Painting, Tiling, Carpentry - it's all very therapeutic for me and beats the heck out of driving a desk and preparing spreadsheets and reports all day, which nobody ever looked at (which was my prior job).  

Sage advice.I especially like the PHASE blog you have here, it gives some good perspective and reminds me back when I was a tenant myself.I'll continue to do research on the eviction process/laws.
