In the notice notate the non-approved pet is in violation of the lease and must be removed from the property for safety reasons.Once the leak is repaired I would send a 7 day notice to remove the pet permanently or face eviction.

Good Morning BP,I am wondering if anyone has seen a VA loan for construction-to-permanent for a new contrsuction.It sounds like most won't lend this becasue of the VA requirements for a home (and there is no home yet...).I have not done a new build before, does anyone have advice for getting the construction loan if i end having to do that and then get a VA loan for purchase?

They are not permanently affixed to the structure, are removable and replaceable (and are removed and replaced frequently).The way that my tax professor explained it to me is that you could take any one of these items and place it in the middle of a field, on a sidewalk, wherever.

However, it's critical to be aware that the appraisal will either make it a non-event or be the pre-show to a 3 ring circus event that includes rebuild letters from the City, variance/grandfathering, etc...Mobile homes are considered personal property and as such are not eligible for a residential mortgage.When a mobile home becomes a manufactured home, and that manufactured home has it's title from the DMV fully surrendered and fully converted into real property then at that point if: It is the ONLY unit on its own lot; and its permanently attached to a permanent foundation; and It meets all the normal manufactured home eligibility requirements Then - at that point, a manufactured home could be financed via one of the following correspondent options.
