I don’t care if the person graduated from law school at Alaska Mid Southwest Northeast Tech A&M at the bottom of their class and took 8 tries to pass the bar exam and still has not passed.

I think asking to purchase property in SF/Silicon Valley at this point, isn't worth it, for how cash-strapped you can be on your mortgage, not including any repairs or maintenance costs you might run into.
