Final question—if LLC buys a lot of furniture for properties, what is the proper way to get rid of it in 10 years if we decide to get out of the rental game?

I would also have additional cost of furniture if I went that route.

Upon move out there 2 places (in separate rooms) that have noticeable scratches at least 8 inches or so long (almost certainly from dragging heavy furniture). 

We improved the amenities by extending the pool deck, adding a large pergola, bought new pool furniture, and added a grilling/seating area.

@Josue Vargas I leave a new shower curtain and rings, felt pads for under the furniture legs, furnace filters and a brand new roll of toilet paper on each holder.

By furnish I mean a washer/dryer/fridge/stove.  2 bedroom suites, and furniture throughout the house.

(I plan to purchase, on my own, staging and furniture for a flip, and store it in my large garage and reuse it for different homes)  I have a college degree, but in a different area.
