I’m located in middle TN near Nashville but I found a deal in Knoxville and they told me there will be a no assignment clause if we get this under contract.

Surrounding neighborhoods like Allentown and Knoxville do have a lot of new businesses moving in, and from what I've read, the city of Pittsburgh has plans for revitalizing the area, but it could be several years away before the changes actually drive up the market.
