If you see very low appreciation in 4 years but rack up astronomical operational costs much of what you accomplished is working yourself in the ground for no apparent reason.  

I thought how ironic the neighborhood is called Hunt (at least I think it is--maybe I had ventured into another area on Google drive), And my thoughts about how it looked was it looked like some place you could go pheasant hunting due to the lack of buildings , and the amount of open ground . 

As a mom I have chosen to remain in the back-ground of my children's Business.  

I have my team on the ground when it comes to real estate agent, cleaner or other critical team members to make the property up and running.
