Once a month they forward the mail to my mother-in-law, although they could probably forward it to me here if I wanted to pay the international shipping.

Does anyone know of some modular firms that would be able to build approximately 2000 units annually and ship to most US areas?  

This thread is making me thinking of jumping ship and trying another online management system.

I have seen this fubar people when they spend 95% of their IRA funds on a rental then have unexpected expenses and do not have the reserves and have already contributed to it for the year.what do they do in that circumstance Dmitriy is there a hard ship they can use .. or what ?

We can get a 45 foot container for $2900 with shipping of $600.

The first thing I would have suggested is that you work with an agent who has experience with HUD, but right now it seems like that ship has sailed.As other posters have mentioned HUD will not fix things and this has been my experience with them as well.I had an owner occupant HUD buyer buy a house with a collapsed sewer line and HUD wouldn't budge.

We do shipping nationwide and moving the the west would help double our production power and take advantage of lower shipping rates to the west.
