They sometimes even sends some of their people here to drum up business with fake testimonies.

Hi @Jordi Valado,Like Tom mentioned, 100% finance with no repetition and reputation is both unlikely and unwise IMO.Instead, if you can use your credit line to do a deal, or partner with someone more experienced on a deal, then use that to grow your capital stack and work towards being able to bring some cash to your next few deals.Once you have a body of work of deals, lenders, inspectors, partners, contractors, etc they all stand as testimonials to your deal-worthiness and that is gold in obtaining better financing on future deals. 

I am still open to it at this point but I need more testimonials from real people like you before I throw my hat in the ring.

However I believe the documents, testimonies and affidavits available provide enough detail and context to prove our claim.Please reach out if interested.

Hello @Kevin AntoineI'm on the same path as you.I'll just share what i believe so far are the necessary document to show potential private money lender-Private Money Lender Guide-A brochure that shows who you are,history, what is private money and the security offered, benefits,your contacts, customer testimonials, before and after picture of the renovation-Repair Bill Of Quantities with Scope of Work-materials needed to renovate the property and scope of work for the contractor-Estate Agent's opinion of value- when renovated-Purchase and Sale Agreement of the propertyP.S i was watching and listening to a video of Joe Fairless on syndication, where is suggested also consider asking potential investor to sign a Non-Disclosure/Non compete agreement with this potential investor?

I am considering it, but can't find a lot of 3rd party reviews, only testimonials from them.
