So DC is actually a much more affordable market than San Fran, Seattle, Boston, NYC, etc.You are probably taking a permanent job here because you are getting paid more here.

The biggest problem from a general overview is that drugs are bad in certain areas of Dayton, the I75 & I70 corridor is a huge for transporting them.
