Your profit projection uses “TV investment math” and that makes it very wrong.  

The house next door rents for $350 per night and it's just a standard house with no pedigree.With that said, corporate events and weddings would be the big revenue generators supplemented by guided tours when the house was not rented.What I would do is renovate the interior of the house to match the interior of the Brady Bunch TV Show.  

It isn’t all 🌽 and beans here, but there’s a thriving millennial market, aided by the population/demand of Drake University, Iowa State University, DMACC, Grand View, and Central College students, insurance market (one of the largest in nation, as seen in population of actuaries here, and Drake churns our pharmacists like no other due to their 6 year program), and the building of Facebook, Apple and Microsoft server centers around here due to nice tax breaks.

Andrew Johnson , or a reality tv show .There seem to be a dozen or so flipping shows .. but I think it could be good entertainment to have a reality show based on landlording in the hood.Lots of drama !

She can afford it , I am sure she can find the money for cable tv and internet .  

They are really cool folks, (so no judging please).Yes the first thing I did was checking if that (almost) bigger than my ego TV was working!
