Does anyone have experience in raising and moving a house from one lot to another? What is the typical cost? Where do I start?

If you choose not to let the movers fix the problem, you will probably have no case...

I use a broker in Aberdeen for vacant property insurance, through Foremost. 

What you need to do is find a local real estate investing group, get linked in with some movers and shakers that understand the investment market, and then cross-check their information by speaking with REALTORS, Property Managers, and Lenders.

I'm looking in a few areas in Ohio, Alabama, Aberdeen, WA, and Spokane WA. as well as Indiana. 

I’d rather leave that to myself or to a professional mover instead.

I have also had great experiences with hoarders by paying for movers, giving them something to sign that says they are out in 2 weeks and they get a nice check from me (with a bonus just for signing the document). 

Had started looking for houses but then I realized our current house is decent (new paint, floors and we’ve added some appliances) so why not purchase this home and when time to move rent (or BRRR...still learning what this means)?!

Bankers move around quite a bit, so many of my old co-workers now are the movers and shakers at banks all over this great land.
