Dover is a fantastic market and I really believe it benefits from both the ability to cash flow and a market that appreciates very well.

Hi Leyha, consider if you'd be able to pay both the mortgage and rent for a period of time if needed due to a vacancy or non paying tenant.

I have just closed a 4-plex with tenants inside.

Now, I have multiple LLCs which each do a tax return. 

Would you choose a different market, build a better team, or take another approach?
