Second he asked me for a copy of my ID which I have no problem (also expected it, no business worth its weight don't ask for an ID to prove that you're who you say you are), its suspended lol (Traffic fines, being paid on right now).

With piers going 20 feet down built in to that price, deeper is charged for each additional foot.If you own the house and it's just a rental with no plans of selling it then I would do the weight and see what happens game.

Around here, many homes use a Sentricon type of bait station located about every 10 feet around the perimeter, that require monthly monitoring (for a nice fee, of course).
