Always do your research on a lender by checking their website, social media, online reviews, etc.

It has a had a FIFA Transferred/Sold status on the tax assessor website since 2018.

So many websites are consistently pulling data from the MLS and distributing it to Buyers and their agents that it is must to have your house on the MLS.

If they started legal proceedings it would be a public record- you need correct legal name of owner and HOA and most counties in the US provide this on a website (some charge $).

I wouldn't have had the courage to make this first deal happen if it wasn't for the access to so much great information from this website.
