I try to keep up with current events through news station and newspaper Via web until we have in passive income to make the jump. 

Almost all these type of attorneys will have a 3 Day notice on their web site & will tell you in a short phone call how to fill it out & serve it.

You could do a USDA if you are able to choose one outside a a metro area; they have a good map on the web.

It also doesn't have a web interface to make multi-property management a bit easier.

Recently BiggerPockets released a web series called "Meet the Member" where investors in the community get to tell their story and show display their investments.

Even if they don't know the people directly, there are web sites that'll list the property for those credit tenants to view and determine suitability.

A brief web search will locate many of the meetings.
