Wholesale in MI from White Lake

Hello BiggerPockets, I have recently moved to White Lake and I work in Bloomfield Hills, MI. I have been trying to learn more about the wholesale side of investing. Primarily because I have limited funds. I would really like to get a mentor. I have been thinking about Clever Investors. It would be nice because they would help you setup your website, business and other marketing. I also feel like their M5 software would be nice. They are a little expensive though. Maybe I should get a different mentor at first. Once, I earn some funds maybe go that route. I also like the fact that they have all the contracts setup already. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks for your help!!
