Hi, I was recently watching videos on flipping houses when I came across an idea I hadn't seen before and I was confused on how it worked.

We can take that and offer it to our residents (with our own mark-up) to add an extra revenue stream on top of our rent money.

We have been investing in buy/hold properties for about a year now, currently we are the owners, managers and maintenance crew while both working full time jobs, time is precious and I am trying to stream line our polices/procedures for maintenance issues.

I also saw a video as a suggestion to haveOne main business accountAn account for each property and have them set up to transfer to the main account.

Despite the apparent confusion with Google's various platforms as far as voice/text messaging (SMS/MMS)/video calls go and the various incarnations they have gone through, I got in early with the native Google Voice and then integrated and moved to the Hangouts application when they presented that option.So what I have is Google Voice as the background brain/command center but I do everything in Hangouts with the Hangouts App and the Hangouts Dialer.

They watch a YouTube video or attend a free seminar, and think anyone can do it and get rich with no money involved. 

Lately, I just cant seem to break away from listening to real estate investment podcast and youtube videos.

I have two properties up for rent now, and I also make videos for the properties and post them on YouTube.
