As you can tell I lack major skills at reading comps) Due to the loan being a lot smaller number, it isn't considered a jumbo loan by the VA so my refi rate dropped from 5.5% with the original loan of 540k to now 477k @ 4.875% with 0 points.I have a POA in line because most of my work is over seas.

I have a ton of tools, resources, data, skill-sets and right now I am exploring how to best leverage them.

So my 2020 goals have been to really take my brokering skills for a thrill ride, and phase out of doing normal consumer deals.

So I was thinking about a way to tap into the unique skill set to add another piece to the puzzle.

Seller’s realtor is unwilling to change the status to under contract is it legal or ethical practice??

You should be working on your long-term vision but right now you don't have any unique and valuable skills to achieve your vision, so you don't have the option to be specific about your path right now.See that this is the case, your path right now is to find any way you can gain experience in real estate and/or real estate investing.

What skill set do you have to offer a new employer?

Why is there not a better section to find contractors or for contractors to show their skills on the site? 

It's all totally different skills.
