Really my question is, what’s a long term structure that makes sense for both sides?

Hey all,I bought my first home (currently my primary) last year and am now looking to purchase a Long term rental property.

We went into to the banks main office on Xmas eve 2009 thinking that we were there to renegotiate the terms of our renewal.

I am happy with their asset protection plan, services and cost savings compared to a typical LLC strategy (I am in CA.) 

I am looking for some help getting a liability agreement set up for my new short term rental.

I believe my experience in the market can be valuable for both buyers and sellers, but I'm also eager to learn more about building a strong real estate investment portfolio.I'm particularly interested in BRRRR strategy, short-term rentals, and multifamily investing.While I sleep, eat, and breathe real estate most of the time, I also enjoy sports (go Vols!)
