NO way is this wholesaler friendly.. at least those that want to put up 50 dollars of EM and just assign a contract.. you must close in the name of the entity you put the original contract in.. you must put up 2500 just to bid then when you win the bid you will need 3k to 10k more for EM deposit.. then you also need very tight POF's for these reasons I like it keeps the wholesalers at bey by and large .. so you know your only competing against other investors that can actually close a deal on their own.

Staff & moderators do their best to clamp down on obvious rule violations but there's no way everything will be caught, nor is it necessarily so great to clamp down so tightly on posts that everything has to be screened through the censorship board.

Nothing should be more than 3 clicks from our need to know, and everything should be tightly integrated from a tenants point of view.I want to be able to not fill in a single bit of info about anything after a property has been listed online and someone has expresed an interest from the ad.
