Wholesaling on Auction.com
Hello! So based off of a previous thread I created, I was wondering how exactly someone could wholesale from a property they won on Auction.com.

@Greg Kousoulis You would have to close on the property (actually buy it) and then resell for more money once you are on title. Auction.com does not let you do assignments.
