You'll get a decent return and the process will be streamlined for you.However, if you want a better return and more bang for your buck, go for vacant or soon-to-be vacant houses, pick your own rehab crew or one that's been highly recommended & vetted, choose a property manager that you have vetted and want to work with, and use the BRRR strategy.Reach out if you have questions.

I suspect that reasonably sophisticated BTC holders understand the speculative nature and will prefer to segregate their investments, and relatively unsophisticated BTC holders are probably not the type of people who you want as investors anyway (and will likely cause the biggest headaches when things go wrong).MicroStrategy has been the poster child for shifting assets to BTC, but the fact that there is a poster child at all demonstrates how much they are in the minority.

You can't swing a dead cat around here without hitting a new self storage unit, those have been great investments but it looks to me like the supply/demand curve is shifting in favor of the supply side so it will or has already become a renters market.

In general, I'd be a little wary of new construction right now if you haven't done it before, the City definitely doesn't streamline the process.We are about halfway through a new construction single-family project in Bucktown.
