Us little guys have to be careful not to get too far ahead of ourselves because it could end our investing career before it gets started good.

Anyways, it's been a fun ride this last year and I'm looking forward to the year ahead.

Whatever...everyone just needs to know...I generally have my head screwed on straight!!! 

But the sale of one residential property to be exchanged for another of an equal or higher price seems simple and straight forward.  

At that point I made the decision to move further ahead with real estate and ended up here after reading and listening to podcasts! 

I like the NEREIA in Chelmsford a lot and while pretty far it is a straight shot on I495 for you.  

You have to be prepared to pay a good contractor to come look at your property to give you an estimate (that's if you are straight with them upfront and they know you are wholesaling and won't be hiring them for the job) otherwise you could mislead them to get a free estimate and that could come back to bite you.Ohh, this is my real last challenge.
