Expect for certain areas, Oklahoma has a low entry point for purchasing a home so it's great for just about any new investor.  

I would start by calling/emailing the different condo/townhouse associations.

It violated HOA rules for you to rent to a sex offender so the lease should not have been entered into in the first place.  

So I’m in a bit of a bind, I have a duplex I’m house hacking we remodeled entire thing, new hvac, electric panels, electric main, updated plumbing, water heaters, furnace, install central air, roof.

Mostly because it was so thick with stuff that you really couldn't even walk through the property to make accurate project estimates.

So, here I am trying to figure out if this is true or not and what have you all done, if you own an STR property which is like a log cabin.

Also might be good to talk with your agent and get an idea of what an extra storage space is valued at in your area (I've seen sheds be valued at several thousand before) so that might defray some of your building costs.
