(great, a new excuse I haven't heard before)...she says it made her create an account and it will take a few days for it to be approved, etc. .Well, I know this tenant's computer skills well, she has good skills, sends me emails about pictures of bugs in the house, etc, even "strange noises" that she records and sends me them also.Anyway, I go into my paypal account to look things over and see a red flag with no explanation on my pending invoice to her.
