Hello everyone from BP, I have been lurking here and there for some time but today is when I finally make a post, yay!

So my dad got me interested in Real Estate through some Armando Montelongo classes last year, I was 22 at the time. We took all the classes and got nowhere, cost us a little over 30k and what a scam that was. I am partly to blame for suggesting we take the more expensive classes.

So I have had this RE itch ever since and wanted to learn more. Then I stumbled upon this site this year and thought, this website cannot be real. It is probably a scam, so I registered with fake information and password. I mean all this information for free is just too good to be true don't you think?

So a month or two later I check my scam email, opened a BiggerPockets link and it turns out this community is real! I freaking love this place and I wish I had found out about BiggerPockets before going to Montelongo's classes. Wouldve saved me and my dad more than 30k. So i've been on this website everyday since, and I will be more active in the forums from now on. I have been reading a lot of posts and you guys are so helpful and amazing!

Also there really needs to be some sort of advertising for this website because it is so hard to find. Especially when your about to take $30,000 classes and cant ask for any advice. By the way Google really needs to put this website at the top results when searching Real Estate, seriously. BiggerPockets deserves to be number 1.

Anyway, I am happy to be part of BP and I will make you BPers proud. I will be bothering all of you if I have any questions, lol.
