I modified a house with a walk out basement from Single Family into 2 units.

I have worried about the "Zestimate", but never had a single person mention it, and almost every flip I have done has been similarly higher priced than the zestimate.

My insurance agent suggested liability umbrella over my vacation rental property, "life," and my single family long term rentals with American Alternative Insurance Corporation.
