They had some showers redone which included removing a drop ceiling with light fixtures in the shower stall.

And you'll have to pull permits to deal with the flooring/structural damage as well as the tub/shower redo.....

I have one long term tenant who came with the building where due to the degraded condition of the unit I have done windows, two floors, and her shower walls while she was in the unit but that isn't normal.

The last metal tub was $25 & had a chip on the rim, which got covered by tile.In a rush on one high end SFR that was vacated, we went with Bath-fitter over the old cast iron tub, shower walls & ceiling.
