Maybe a state's attorney that didn't have anything better to do might go after a wholesaler, particularly if a bunch of realtors got their shorts in a knot and pressed the state's attorney over their lost commissions going to unlicensed wholesalers, but that would more likely go into a licensing review board that would impose civil penalties.

Do you think it will be an issue to get them out after we close (a short closing is probably part of the reason we won the bid), or should we push them to get the renters out before we close and risk losing the deal?

And you might assume the busy street might be a turn-off but there actually seems to be a lot of demand for small residential on busy commercial streets because of the convenience factor.My last consideration is, regardless of what I end up doing with the property short-term, I think it will be a great buy long-term due to the high traffic count street.

Does anyone have any experience or advice on PM software that can handle vacation rentals as well as yearly lease rentals, storage units, etc?
