The pics don't show the closet sizes:( Is there a closet upstairs?

I am working on defining my goals right now, and wanted to pic out locations to start analyzing properties within and begin determining what kind of numbers would work for me.Thanks again for all of the advice everyone.

Bookkeeper chiming in: I'd suggest scanning/digitizing your documentation as it comes in and then doing data entry into your accounting software at minimum once a week, more often as needed.

@Mariyah Trammell its okay alot of scammers I think on there people with same pic on multiple profiles seems sketchy to me.

Frankly, location, proper setup, great pics and amenities will increase your number of 5 star rentals.
