They've been doing a ton of development up here both in the residential and commercial sectors as well.

This will vary based on region but in general 2 – 5 points, 10% - 14% APR (meaning this is the annual rate so divide it by 12 to get the monthly interest amount), and documents fees can be from $200 – $1,500.

It's still mostly a local/regional school with many students living at home, but there are students living off-campus but not at home.
