I'm not as in touch with the latter, but obviously we're heading for record unemployment and people without jobs won't be buying houses to live in, so I have to think that's going to fall off a cliff too (like so much else).On the other side, I'm also hearing that a lot of homeowners haven't gotten the memo yet and are still asking sky-high prices.

Account Closed If you go to your local county online records....whatever they call the dept where deeds and mortgages/trust deeds are recorded...you can look up your name and find out.
