Only a few houses will work for either;  parking, isolation from neighbors etc.   

I currently have two houses being built for sale and we need the money from our property.

She originally moved in 6 years ago as a couple w/ 2 children,  they got a divorce last year and she stayed in the house. 

I will be willing to pay a bit more to know that I can get another piece of filler stock without waiting weeks.But since I dont live in the houses I built and rent, I am looking for the most value.  

.: I laugh now at what prices we sold some properties for.It is what it is...Like that duplex i bought by campus for 85k and sold two years later for 130k😍🤑  I just popped on and looked at a house I built and sold in Charleston SC   20 F st. look it up.
