Either go to local real estate oriented meet-ups or post in FB groups that are for real estate in different Colorado markets.

I think people are ignoring this thinking that real estate appreciation is linear, which it is not.

Like back in the early 2000s. You could promise a certain amount of closing costs then take a few grand off at closing. Or you could promise a certain interest rate then lower the rate by a percentage or two at closin...

@Nina V.Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

So as long as the demand is there and the boundary is never expanded (which is very unlikely), then the supply is so low that real estate there should essentially ALWAYS be in demand.

Second, it will take a lawyer that specializes in Real Estate law, which we have a few good ones in Nicholasville. 

I would find someone local who is involved in real estate or management who wants a side job.
