Yea I agree with Ned, Regardless of what you hear or see on someone's property package, is nothing but marketing materials.

At this point I am just trying to focus on getting their eyes on the material.

Most PM companies that I've encountered have a very strong Time & Materials mentality and structure, and really don't like to commit to firm job-based bids.

I'll try not to do too much advertising or self-promotion in this thread, but to summarize, we're not currently focused on search and offer/are building other tools for landlords (listing syndication, credit screening, online applications/leases/payments).
