We produce into the grid and " sell" the extra back to the utility in the form of energy credits. 

They are offer hand written products at scale for a more personal approach.

Now what you don't want to do is refi and then use that money for something that doesn't produce money (like a new addition on your primary) because now it's just a loan that's bleeding your bank account every month. 

It doesn't matter what the service or product provider is . . . that's simply too long of an agreement . . .

My very first recommendation would be to work with an Insurance Broker so that they will shop the entire market for you without being married to any product or company.

For agents, go to Trulia, Zillow, redfin,  and look for top producers.

Was hoping there is a product like that for commercial.  

He will shop the entire market and can provide better coverage for a better price because he is not married to any one product or company.
