Hello Bigger Pockets Community! My name is Josh, located in Pueblo, Colorado. I'm here to connect and learn and grow with all of you beautiful-minded people. I'm currently working towards wholesaling in the CO market, starting in my backyard. The idea is to build capital to be able to start flipping properties, not just the contracts. I have gone through youtube, google and now BP to learn as much as possible about the entire process. I dodged a few bullets already (imo) with youtube "gurus", but after going through the BP forums and hearing people's perspectives of wholesalers, I feel that I have a better idea now of what I'm getting into. Excited to be here!
