How long is that process usually?

@John Jimenez I have not actually gone through the application process yet so I'm not sure of the little details.

It looks like they have failed to make payments since April (we have been paying rent on time, auto-withdrawn from bank account).Ideally:  I'd like to have the loan/trustee waive all fees and interest, potentially lower the asking price ($10,000 discount on a $160,000 outstanding balance of a home that would likely appraise for $185,000) and we'd immediately go through the purchase process as is.Do I need to bring the Trustee into the discussion with the owner at the same time to make this deal go through?

I'm in the process of performing my first BRRRR.

There are some paid subscriptions that try to automate some of the process, but they all tend to have their limitations.

The seller's agent wasn't responsive throughout the process, and we even set up a visit through the mgmt company since she wouldn't really do anything.

Underwriting fee - $575, Processing fee $495.

With that said, me and my wife have started the process already on the financing side.
