Houston is the 4th largest city in the nation with 2.3 million people with projected positive job growth. 

For years, I tricked myself into thinking (just like the majority of the population) that I needed to go to college get a degree and seek a good paying job to be even semi-successful.

Lot's of inventory all the time because we actually work like we have jobs lol.

A little bit of background about ourselves: we both work regular jobs and have a very regular middle class incomes hence we thought partnering up is a good idea to bring in the initial investment and also w.r.t dividing up the profits and sharing the losses if any that we encounter.

It is entirely possible that they could charge to your account and then use those materials (or tools) on other jobs. 

The only other way I would invest out of town is to research the area and have friend there that is willing to use to do whatever is necessary and call you on the phone daily to give you an update.You know when a particular market is doing well to see if the population and jobs are increasing. 

I'm inbetween jobs and expecting to start next week which will help a ton.

It can be done while working a full-time job, the right focus and passion will get you there.
