@Percy N. yes that's why I set the PO Box up with street addressing, and forwarded both versions of the address to all the principals in the transaction.

This might lead you to believe you're getting an unbelievable return on your full principal but since your principal is getting returned each year with a high CoC this will inflate the IRR which I find a little misleading.So it's also important to look at timeframes and ultimately the multiple which will give you the true return on your original investment.RM looks to be shifting more toward their new eREIT offerings similar to FundRise.
