I've spent a little time down there and I was shocked to learn how far out handymen are booked.

I recently came back and was completely shocked by the changes in some of the neighborhoods, esp'ly near UALR. 

@Mark Horton II I love working with historic homes, even if some of the surprises can be sticker shock types.

They were sort of shocked by my honesty, and they were expecting the hard sell.

I went there once for a box of typical nails, but was shocked that they were not something they stocked. 

The more shocking thing I see is nobody is contacting me.

All of a sudden today I check my credit Score after almost 2 years and I was shocked to see a decent score as I had a investment property which i have sold and other positive things on credit. 

My dad was so shocked, and recently awoke, that he is a little hazey with the details.

Hi Jassem,Yeah, the paint job wasn't too large and i was shocked that city inspectors would be that picky considering there are rental properties in worse shape...but the fact that i had to be required to do it, whereas if it was just my own house i could wait a few years is what ticked me off.Last month for the first time i asked for and received the late fee of $25 dollars...i think it should be $35!
